Lets dive into how each ingredient works together and helps to promote hair growth, shine, and a healthy scalp:

  • Fenugreek Oil- strengthens hair, prevents hair loss, revives damaged hair, fights dandruff, controls scalp inflammation, prevents premature Grey hair, and stimulates hair growth.
  • Castor Oil- It increases blood flow to the scalp, which promotes healthier hair. Applying castor oil just once a month can boost hair growth up to five times the usual rate. It can moisturize a dry, irritated scalp. Castor oil's antibacterial and antifungal properties can reduce dandruff. It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Antioxidants keep free radicals from damaging the body's healthy cells. This destructive process is called oxidative stress, and it's linked to many health effects, including hair loss. Castor oil also contains omega-6 fatty acids—a type of essential fatty acid that promotes hair growth.
  • Jamaican Black Castor Oil- Jamaican Black Castor Oil works for all hair types. It will moisturize, thicken, strengthen and rapidly increase hair growth. It increases blood flow to the scalp, supplying valuable nutrients to hair follicles. Jamaican Black Castor Oil will also prevent hair breakage, dandruff, eczema and dry, itchy scalp. This oil is packed full of many nutrients and vitamins that are essential to hair and scalp health. It also has Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, which do wonders for thin and easily breakable hair.
  • Coconut Oil- moisturizes hair and protects it from breakage. Coconut oil is a natural way to help your hair grow longer, thicker, and faster.  The vitamins and essential fatty acids naturally found in coconut oil nourish the scalp and help to remove sebum build-up from hair follicles.
  • Grapeseed Oil- Grapeseed oil is used as a natural remedy for baldness. Linolenic acid is shown to stimulate hair growth. The oil contains flavonoids called procyanidin oligomers. These are powerful antioxidants. In vitro and In vivo studies show procyanidin oligomers can induce hair growth. It also reduces hair breakage and strengthens your hair.
  • Vitamin E Oil- Vitamin E helps support a healthy scalp and healthy hair, as it has natural antioxidant effects that assist with maintaining hair growth. The vitamin's antioxidant properties help reduce the amount of oxidative stress and free radicals that cause the hair follicle cells in a person's scalp to break down. Vitamin E has been shown to increase capillary circulation in the scalp, thereby helping to increase hair growth.
  • Biotin- Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, stimulates keratin production in hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth. It is well known for its positive effects on hair, including growing stronger, thicker strands.

Essential Oils:

  • Peppermint- improves blood flow to hair follicles.  A study published in Toxicology Research Journal suggested that peppermint oil is more effective than minoxidil in promoting hair growth.
  • Rosemary- promotes circulation, has anti-inflammatory properties, prevents dandruff and premature greying, protects against hair loss, and promotes hair growth. If you want to improve both hair thickness and hair growth, rosemary oil is a great choice thanks to its ability to improve cellular generation.
  • Cedarwood- Cedarwood oil enhances circulation to the scalp, meaning that hair growth is better supported, and follicles are strengthened. It also balances the oil producing glands in the scalp, providing more growth-friendly conditions. It also has antifungal and antibacterial properties, which can treat different conditions that may contribute to dandruff or hair loss. Included in a mixture with lavender and rosemary, cedarwood extract was also found to reduce hair loss in those with alopecia areata.
  • Clary Sage- Clary sage oil contains the same linalyl acetate that helps make lavender oil so effective in increasing hair growth. It can improve hair strength, in addition to increasing hair growth, making hair more difficult to break.
  • Lavender- Lavender essential oil recently gained attention for stimulating hair growth. A 2016 study found that lavender oil applied to mice made them grow more hair. Their hair also grew thicker and faster than normal. Per these studies, lavender oil may help with issues like pattern baldness or alopecia.
  • Thyme- Thyme can help promote hair growth by both stimulating the scalp and actively preventing hair loss. Like cedarwood oil, thyme oil was also found to be helpful in treating alopecia areata.
  • Oregano- Oregano oil can help in stimulating hair growth. This is because of the fact that it has antioxidant properties that help in stimulating blood flow in the scalp thereby boosting hair growth. Also on the list of amazing benefits of oregano oil for hair, is that it can treat dandruff, which is a common problem and barrier to hair growth and healthy hair. It is an antifungal, an antioxidant, has antiparasitic properties, and is antibacterial. Rich in antioxidants, oregano oil is perfect for promoting healthier, shinier, fuller, and smoother hair.
